    I have pulled my hamstring 3 years ago, I only started to jog after 9 months of rest, I still cant recover the speed I used to even after 3 years. Take care of your body guys

    In this video the instructor is asking the patient to do a passive hip flexion. Passive by definition is to be done by the therapist and not the patient. plz rectify that

      you realize they only had him lift his leg on his own because they dont have a band to strap his other leg to the bed. the presenter cant both hold his leg down and raise his other leg without moving to the other side of the bed and blocking the camera......
