Sonic Advance 2 has always been one of if not my favorite of all these silly endings. Its so intense, and the build up has you on the edge of your seat. Dude if that game gets remade, I'd cry.

That moment i realised you forgot the "SegaSonic" arcade game, where it also has a good ending when you escape the last level.
And if you didn't manage to escape in time (waiting 20 secs) you get the bad ending where the place explodes.
Edit: the game was exclusive for japan, and later after a long time, this game got forgotten and nobody plays it.
Someday I'll play it

i don't remember robotnik jumping up and down with the end word beneath him on sonic 2. I remember after the end credits a sign came up saying sonic the hedgehog 2 at the end (this came up regardless if you collected all the chaos emeralds or not)

I honestly didn't expect sonic to save miss vanilla from free falling from the atmospher and casually land while carrying her like nothing happened and he didn't even get injured, not even miss vanilla in rhe ending of sonic advance 2, what an underrated achievement from sonic.

In the sonic 2 endind, we can see knuckles hiding in the bush. I think this aligns with the sonic 3 cover art, where knuckles is hiding in the bush too.

Sonic Advance’s Good Endings are pretty cool.
The pictures kinda of look like Sonic X at high quality and pixelated.
The sprites of Sonic Advance inspired all those old Sonic flash games around the internet, if I remember correctly.
Some of the music of Sonic X reminds me of the Sonic Advance games' music

I’m not gonna lie Sonic The Hedgehog: Pocket Adventure,the cutscenes at the end of the game reminds me of Sonic 2,also Sonic Mania’s ending looks amazing and all,but it looks a lot like Sonic CD
imo, i wish sonic cd's 2011 remake had an actual reward other than a slightly different ending just like in the original game, something like a new super sonic form (time sonic, miracle sonic, whatever) or a bonus stage like final fever, unfortunately taxman didn't do it just because people wanted the game to stay faith to the original

I kinda agree and disagree, true that if tails died in the bad ending thats mean both died in the good ending, soo that wouldnt make sence, but wrong cause in the good ending it probably fireworks, by who? Well go ask to fireworks in the beginning of Super Mario 3D World that are shoot by nobody, nerd!

In sonic 3 good ending 1, you can see the s3c sprites, its actually s3 complete, 2 is the original game

There are 2 endings for Sonic 3 & Knuckles - a good ending for the chaos emeralds and a perfect ending for the super emeralds.

You missed the awesome cutscene in the Sonic 3D blast PC version.
My common game i get the good ending in is SONIC 2 because thanks to it being on switch i was able to restart special stages and get the emeralds and i now knew the stages in and out! Im a true sonic 2 winner 🏆😎

it took me years to get good at the blue sphere's on the sonic 3 + knuckles (still retain some good reflexes on the stages now) and the ending when you bag the super emeralds too is so satisfying in a way. 100%

Like the bad ending scenario, they should've put SegaSonic the Hedgehog's good ending scenario. After escaping the exploding tower, Sonic, Mighty and Ray are safe. Sonic runs to Never Lake to see what is going on with Little Planet while Mighty and Ray take a short safe break at South Island. In the game's own post credits scene, Dr. Eggman sees his computer to go to Never Lake. He falls into the location in the open sea after his Egg Mobile's battery is now *dead*.

This ending was a new thing in the 2013 mobile remaster of Sonic 2. It does not play in the original game.
