Mashallah, shaykh has tackled this issue in great detail, just amazing.
This brother is absolutely right about salafi saying ijma of aswj all the time when they want you to accept something because according to them only they are aswj. They have even started to distort and change texts when translating to English. I.E. tafsir ibn kathir they have changed verse on throne to say what they believe and made or ibn kathir said it to when he clearly hadn't.
It would have been beget if this brother had taken evidences from other than all hanafi scholars as it makes it look like he is biased to only hanafi and thinks other madras didn't say much on this issue.
