You're really insightful and empathetic about Nami. Not a lot of first time watchers liked her in the earlier parts especially when all she's been was mean and backstabby. I thought I was gonna hate her too and knowing she was gonna be part of the crew irked me... dw, I really like her now.
So Arlong isn't a Warlord.. Jimbei (a fishman) is. In the episode they say Arlong is on par with Jimbei. So the two Warlord names you know are Jimbei and Mihawk :)
So Nojiko is the name of the blue haired girl.. Bartholomew is actually Bellemere lol.. which is the french word for step-mom. Belle and mere are seperate words for pretty and mother, so I always thought it was cool that a step-mom is just a pretty mom in french lol.
The three great powers of the sea are the Warlords, The Marines and The _______ in which, the last one, you will be introduced waaaaaaaay later. Not gonna liiiieeee, they're kinda coooolll... but the hype for them will be a bit further down the line 😊

Besides in these episodes, it was rarely, almost never, mentioned later on ! so he'll definitely find out more on his own.
