I Redesign Another OLD OC! Starfish girl

Redrawing a character I made almost 10 years ago! Back in the 2010s, I created a series of character designs based on sea creatures, each with names and personalities inspired by the animal they represent. Now, I've taken up the task of recreating them with the skills I've learned over the past 8 years. Stella the starfish is the second one I've redesigned!
