@@SavageJoe1775it’s called Pal Appearance Rate, it’s near the top of the custom settings. If you set it to 3 then it’s makes 3 pals spawn instead of 1. Not sure if it makes pals respawn faster, it just makes more spawn.
@@ericm3577 thank you! Also I just did a bit of rudimentary testing and it appears it does infact speed up the rates. If you set it to something that high it basically makes them spawn in 3 at a time. However, I set mine to 1.5 and the result was an apparent 50% decrease in spawn timer.

There is a glitch right now where the lifmunk effigy’s decrease your capture rate instead of increasing so I would get them but not use them until it is fixed, though I am 8 days late so you might’ve already did it
My favorite thing about palworld are the sliders. my character is default girl with maxed arms all the time for the lolz and being able to change variables of the game to suit your playstyle makes it even better. want nights to last forever so you can spot effigies? you can make nights move 0.10 speed. You want be able to run and fly forever? lower stamina usage to 0.10. Even the resources can be changed. Tried it with lowest possible resources dropped alongside time being sped up to 5 times and the playthrough feels crazy at times when see differences in what you can mess with. 10/10 this game has healed some depression 👍
That's exactly what I don't like about it. It makes accomplishments that you and your friends make less meaningful. So if a friend tells me that he reached level 50 and got Jetragon, it was just because he made it extremely easy to himself with the options. Also my friends make 2000 iron ore per hour with different settings while I make 300. I understand some sliders like nighttime duration or egg hatching duration. But all the damage, hp, ep, catchrate sliders should be removed.
First time we did this, it was a 3 second fight, he flew down of the clif and was an instant kill... Second time we just used Frostalion agains it and was a breeze, probably the easiest too kill if you have a good combonation of pals.
I can confirm that it works as for today after the recent patch. He took fall damage, but for about 50-60% of hp only (I didn't line up his jump correctly). However, he didn't get stuck trying to move up, he aggroed again as I started attacking him. So I flew up and shot his tail, while being out of his line of sight. Hope it helps to some1.
I spent 2 hours trying to this. 7 times he jumped of the cliff and instantly died, and 1 time he got stuck at the top of the cliff with full health and then woke up and reseted and got full health after I spent 10 minutes hitting him down to 20%.
I sneaked up behind him when he was asleep and just put an ultra on him and ran away after my failed attempt to cheese him for fall damage and I friggin caught him XD
honestly what i found work faster was capture a 49 (blue ice flower thingy) noc or weaker breed for more or just swamp the jeteagon with all your trash... IE drop a base right on the boss and let the army swarm it. Then take your slav... pal out of the fight before it dies and the fight is usually near over in 2-3 min. Heck at one point i was lazy and just had lvl 30-40 swarm him. sat in my stone building watching the health tic down
I did however manage to have him take fall damage on his own accord. It's this spot that does not work. Maybe its not as "easy" or "cheese" as you say it is.
does it need the legendary sphere to work? my level is still kinda low currently at 27 but i have all the gym boss in my party that demolished everything except this one guy
35 iirc for the pink spheres. They only have a pretty low chance but its doable. Got myself frostallion when I was at that level and with catch upgrade level 6 I had a 5% catch chance when it had 100hp left. I guess Jetragon is the same. It may take a while or just some luck but its doable with these spheres
@@LuLe232it's not useless, if you have one of these, you can kill the rest easy with them... And when you have multiple, you can start to farm your legendarys way before lvl 50.
His level scales down to yours, for battles he's not all that, he can be replaced, his main use is as a mount. The amount of resources you'll spend on pink spheres is better spent elsewhere until you can craft the saddle.
@@LuLe232 Pink Spheres are fairly cheap and he still has a pretty solid catch rate. Even with the minimum level of 35 he is still extremely useful in combat due to the health pool and way higher Stats if you have no others yet. And with the abundance of dark types, he as dragon, is still in a good place. He is also good for early clapping Victor. I went in as level 39 iirc and just farmed him with my Jetragon. Easy 250k per run if you dont want to edit your settings. The other legendaries are easier if you got him. And since he takes fall damage, he is a free catch. You can just gobble him up on the go.
@@totaldarkness55 I think you can quit to title screen then log back in and it will spawn. I do that with the marketeer guy to farm gold and he's there every time.
It works, we killed him yesterday for the first time like this, by accident... Then we did it normally because of the disappoinment, we were ready for a war after the 40+minute Frostallion fight at lvl 44... And he just killed itself xd

Birds die to the ground all the time. I would argue that because flying pals are flying all the time, their bodies are weaker than ground type

Tried it awhile ago but on the bottom part he gets damaged where he first lures the boss from the edge. It still works.
