Those clear tail / brake lights are illegal for street use. You have to have red lenses for safety. Even if you had red bulbs it wouldn't reflect enough red. In a rear end collision the driver that hit you could sue because there wasn't bright red brake lights. I don't think even red leds would pass for brake 'tail lights. Anyways nice selection Gary, haven't talked to ya in a minute. But yea that red and blue really pops. I wouldn't think it would but damn it looks amazing. I like it and the black Z07 the best and the blue c6 ..lol

My favorite was the C7 Z06 with the C7R package. It’s a one of a kind Corvette. TFTC!!!

This is not true. There are literally cars that came from the factory with clear lenses in the rear. The C7 Z06 is one of them. As long as the lights are red when you hit the brakes, you're good. LED's have the ability to appear clear, but have the proper red color when they are activated.
