Alicia Silverstone's hair is always so bouncy and shiny.
she has the prettiest hair like EVER
She’s still hot 😍
It's just a REAL shame I can BARELY understand her with that thick heavy English accent of hers that she's using...
McGannahan Skyjellyfetti it’s single to me
Yeah what surprise me most is this Barbara is Alfred's niece... While her last name usually is Gordon.... So.... What's her last name in this version?
She came all the way from England to the US in school dress. smh..
Lazy and pointless writing.
with an american accent
Lol maybe went straight to the airport from school? Didn’t get a chance to change because she forgot her luggage at the dorm. And yeah, she has American Accent.
@@FurriendsCorner she is american, and maybe she likes the style

She should have said "as if" when Robin said "please look for me"... 🤣
😂😂Good one
He said it because he's tired of everyone saying, "Hey, I'm looking for Bruce Wayne.

From your comment all I could think of is clueless 😂😂
Robin looking for those underage school girls wtf
The only time we’ll see Batman, Robin and Batgirl together in a live action film
Jay Alchemist sadly
But maybe that's for the best?
Don't know. The Batman is coming out. And a Batgirl movie is still in discussions. It would be easy to do a crossover at some point and include Robin
I'd like to see Robin become Nightwing and have a solo movie though
And the sad part of this is that Barbara's last name is not Gordon it's Wilson.
PatrickSilent well DC will butcher it so I guess

Michael Gough was perfect casting as Alfred.
As much as people hate on this and Batman Forever you can't hate on Michael Gough he was absolutely perfect as Alfred. My personal favorite:)

People in the comment section are talking about the fact that she came straight from the UK with a school dress on her and an american accent. But what surprised me the most, was the fact that everyone who entered the Wayne manor already knew how to fight, how to ride a motorcycle, and can do all sort of acrobatic stuff so they can become right away Batman's sidekick.
Also no parents. Can't forget the no parents part.
Right!
Is this the same mansion they filmed the x-men films? Looks very similar.
Misterio 😂
Alfred is all old and frail yet Batman is still having him answer the door for him. Like answer it you damn self. But in all seriousness RIP to Michael Gough. He was the most wholesome Alfred.
i seriously doubt alfred would allow them to treat him like a doddering old man lol
You heard Bruce say it never happened in 30 years. It showed that something was off about Alfred which we later learned was an illness.
I agree. But in this case it's necessary for the plot.
@@markdurl8341though this is why kings have subjects or generals they take on the other tasks so he can focus on primary tasks
Alfred is strong-willed even in his age
She is from england but has an American accent and is related to the wrong person. She is supposed to be Gordon's daughter.
Agreed, they made a big mistake by not making her Barbara Gordon. The producers didn't find Alicia believable enough to pass for Pat Hingle's daughter, which I think is bullshit.
As for the Alfred and Peg and English accent thing, I just say she was adopted.
@@luigi2891 There's an extended scene that was deleted that hints at the idea that she is NOT Alfred's niece, but she is his daughter instead. Also they had written in before taking it out that she was going to be related to Bruce as a cousin as Alfred says in the deleted scene "She went and married a musician...", which is actually a possible nod to both Martha Wayne (neé Kane) and Kate Kane.
HoldShiftt2Run why would an American citizen have a British accent?

Alicia Silverstone is such a beauty.

Although her character was named Barbara(not confused with Barbara Gordon) , her character was based on Bette Kane, the first Bat-girl, later named Flamebird
I'm guessing you to had read and collect the comic's to just like me back in high school or middle school or elementary school
Gracias por el dato,no lo sabia
I think she was based on Alfred's actual niece Daphne. She appeared in Batman #216 which is also the only appearance of Alfred's brother Wilfred who is mentioned in the movie.
Alfred's rocking a curved LCD monitor back in 1997? Guy must be a pro gamer and time traveler in his free time!
Well, his boss is a military tech billionaire so yeah.
He was a twitch streamer as well
Clooney really loaded up that “she’s family” line
There probably won't be another Batgirl as beautiful as Alicia Silverstone for another century. Gosh she's out of this world gorgeous!! 💜

They have surveillance cameras in the garage (shown later when Batgirl steals the bike and Dick sees her thru the IR signatures) but not a single camera outside the main entrance door where they can immediately see who's ringing the doorbell? Nice going Mr. Wayne.
Well, they were all in the same place in the manor at once and Alfred was asleep
Especially after Riddler and Two face broke in the house in the last movie.
Man, Michael Gough has seen it all. He was there as Alfred in the first two classics with Keaton and Burton, and stayed till this epic trainwreck.... He saw the downfall in front of his very eyes.
After this he also reprised his role in a BBC audio dramatization of Batman Knightfall
A redundant statement since epic cancels train wreck out.

George Clooney's voice is perfect for the role of Bruce Wayne.

Quite possibly
There’s a good movie here hiding underneath the bad stuff. A movie about the importance of family. And mister freeze is the perfect villain for that story. If they had cut bane, poison ivy, and some of the more silly moments out this movie could’ve been one of the best batman movies.
This is a great movie, I don't care what anyone says.
I do like these quieter Alfred-centered Scenes. And George Clooney is actually a pretty good Bruce Wayne.
No, he’s not.
Me too. The whole subplot with Alfred dying from the fictional "MacGregor's Syndrome" was probably the best part of the movie's plot and gave it some heart.
she is so cute and pretty
I get the feeling that Batman and Robin are more comfortable around supervillains like Mr. Freeze and Poison Ivy than around Alfred’s niece. I find that hysterical.
Feel kinda bad for Alicia. This movie killed her career.
Really did. Was never the same since.
It was a bad break, but it wasn't the main reason her success took a swan dive.
Maybe was Alicia just didn’t have enough drive or determination to bounce back.
It was bad for all who were involved I think. But you could say the same thing is occurring today with Snyder's films. I know Henry Cavill at least could play a great Superman/Clark Kent, if under the direction of a much better director and script. DC needs to be wiser about choosing their creators, so their actors don't suffer as a result. The sad thing is that they tend to blame the actors for the failures of the director, so if a movie doesn't do well, then the actors and actresses can suffer as a consequence. People aren't hitting them up to be in their films, because they don't want to lose money too.
@@ezj8262 All of that could be avoided if live action movies followed the comics like the animated ones do.

This film has MANY flaws yet Barbara still wearing her uniform is not one of them. She is trying to fool them into thinking that she's not only a good girl but also that she's still enrolled at that school.
no she is not fooling them here she just got out of the school and trippded here.. then she went out at night to be with her biker firends and then she rode to the best song on the soundtrack of B&A&R Batman AND Robin.

@@flower_girl4983 I agree. Wasn't she also in that stalker movie with Cary Elwes?
Yeah, Batman & Robin pretty much killed her career. She had starred in a bunch of bombs even before that, but B&R was the finishing blow that ended her stardom. She's still working, but she hasn't been a big name in Hollywood since then.

No theyre just looking at eachother. Don't have to speak to communicate uno man not every scene has to be dialogue or action to move the plot
There’s clear communication via facial expressions, so it’s not “awkward staring”.

The only saving grace from these two movies("Batman Forever" and "Batman & Robin")are the scores by the talented film composer Elliot Goldenthal.
Yeah, but they're not as memorable as Danny Elfman's.
Jim Carrey was great as The Riddler, and Val Kilmer was underrated as Batman.
