Have you been to a show within the last 2 years? It's a new band with Ben, and they are fantastic! I've seen them 5 times now and they bring the house down every single time. Of course Ben's not as young anymore and is sober but that doesn't effect the music it still rocks and he puts on a stellar show every single time he steps on stage. I had the pleasure of meeting him last year after a show and he's the sweetest, most humble man you'd ever want to hang out with. Music means everything to him and it's his life.

@Oithissucks No, it's the other way around. They produced a remix of Blow Me Away without Ben's knowledge. Ben kicked them out, and last I heard he's fighting for the right to own the name Breaking Benjamin. I haven't heard anything else.

@Oithissucks Yeah, I know. My guess is there's gotta be something else going on behind the scenes. Ben has every right to be pissed honestly, he did write the song and he did not know about the remix that they made and released. And I understand that he kicked them. But for him to file a lawsuit over the name? My guess is that they had a bit of a fight and that's where the lawsuit came into play.
Mike Holdren No. It's simply just a copyright lawsuit. Simple as that. They mightve been his band members at the time, but that changes alot. But they did look like they didn't like each other. But that's normal.
