My theory is that if you can travel at a speed that’s maybe able to break and or rip the atmosphere itself, maybe then something happens? But if you are able to reach those speeds you won’t be able to just stop on a dime of course so time traveling to an EXACT date and or time is ALMOST impossible. I won’t say not possible because let’s just face it, “if you can think it, it can be.”
Speaking of eliminating light bulbs, I remember reading a Syfy book about demons invading in the future and one of the tech the MC found while exploring some ruins was a perfectly intact room that was lit by exciting dust particles and other materials in the room until they emit light. Absolutely no shadows plus it also heated the room.

I’m a firm believer that you cannot change what has happen. I feel life is like a circle. If you bend it and we’re able to go to the past you are then creating a different time line.

Time travel to the past is possible. But once you arrive at that past, moving forward would not occur on your timeline but revert off in to an alternate timeline making that past null and void to your existence meaning that altering that past would not alter your own.

"Time travelling" forwards may be possible but never backwards. If or any object travels backwards in time then you're creating matter. If you go back say 200 years then all the atoms in your body, your clothing and even the air in your lungs already exist somewhere in some other form and by you existing in a time where you didn't up until that point you've now introduced those same atoms in a different place. First law of thermodynamics prohibits energy/matter from being created.

So my question about time traveling is this, the concept of days,months and years is a man made invention to keep track of time as we know it right? However how do you determine say january 1st, 2099 if the time flow is a non-stop wave and our times and dates do not apply to its flow.

The photons never reduced their speed instead, see it as they took a longer and more complex route, that for us as observers looks like it slowed down its speed. Interpretations are not always the naked truth.

If time travel is possible, you likely can't travel backwards past the point of when the time travel receiver/device was created and turned on, otherwise this would create paradoxes.

Indeed; this is my understanding of it also. Paradoxes only work on paper; they're literally impossible to create. We know that time travelling forward functionally works as a byproduct of speed and relativity... the only possible scenario I can imagine that would allow for travelling backwards is that the instant you travel back, you create a bubble universe that splits off from the 'main' timeline and your future is now your past, and everything henceforth in that split is rendered separately to everyone and everything in the timeline you left behind, meaning you can never return to it.
Paradoxes dont apply to entropy. Entropy simply compensates for it. For example. you travel back in time, you wont be able to return back to this exact moment because entropy is going to take a wholly new path than it did. In a sense, you could call this a "split timeline" but thats not really an accurate description either.
