If this move was on purpose than it means Ryan is in shape and wants to come in Fresh fight night so he can give it his all. Physically Ryan does look in great shape so it does seem plausible that he chose to not dehydrate himself and is sacrificing the opportunity for the belt, and 1.5 million in exchange for a better chance at victory.
