Dear sir ,spouse visa depends upon the academics profile of the main applicant.there are two conditions for applying spouse visa .
1.if the main applicant is going for the bachelors degree then the spouse cannot go along with the main applicant .he/she can go only on tourist visa after three or four months.
2.if the main applicant is going for the masters degree then the spouse will go along with the main applicant and get full working rights legally .
The qualification of spouse doesn't matter for visa purpose.

Due to low percentage in English subject you have to appear for ielts .if you will appear for UKVI ielts then minimum band requirement is 4.5 each and for ielts or PTE minimum band requirement is 5.5 each.

if the main applicant is going for further studies after 12th , spouse can not go along with the main applicant . spouse can go only on tourist visa after 2-3 months.
Second , Dear you have to provide gap proof after 2016 and to reappear for ielts .
