    Venue: Seven Arts, Leeds
Haunting, rich, and said to resemble the nuances of the human voice, the sarangi can be anything and everything all at once.
In Leeds, with shades of wonder and elation using the many musical colours of this South Asian instrument, the talented Nabeel Khan will illuminate the magic of the sarangi. Joining him on this sensational evening is young emerging tabla player Jeevan Singh who will elevate the musical ambience further still with rich, bounding beats.
Nabeel has taken the art of the sarangi across the world, including the Louvre Museum in Paris and cultural events hosted in the UAE, many of which he would be the first to introduce audiences to Indian classical music.
The next stop on his musical excursion is Leeds, and together, Nabeel and Jeevan are ready to charm audiences and transport Yorkshire to new musical heights using the rich, deep melodies of the sarangi and the vibrant energy of the tabla.
In this rendition, the captivating blend of raags and taals unfolds as follows:
    Starts with:
    Raag Saugandh
Taal: Vilambit Ektaal (Slow 12 beat cycle)
    19.56 mins onwards:
    Bhatiyali Dhun
    Taal: Dadra (6 beat cycle)
    21.37 mins onwards:
    Ustad Nasir Khan Ji
Composition based on Raag Mishra Pilu
    Taal: Deepchandi (14 beat cycle)
    30.27 mins onwards:
Shades of Sufi in Sarangi Music
Famous Qawwali: Mohe Apne Hi Rang Me Rang De Rangile
    Taal: Deepchandi (14 beat cycle)
    53.21 mins onwards:
    Pahadi Dhun
    Taal: Dadra (6 beat cycle)
Mohe Panghat pe Kanha Chhed Gayo Re
A mesmerizing journey through various raags and taals awaits! đŸŽ¶âœš
