How i wish that the creator of Slam dunk would finish the story at least... the ending of manga says “i’ll be waiting for sakuragi’s return” gosh it’s over a 2 decades already how much longer do i have to wait? There’s still a long way to go for shohoku to be the national’s champion especially sakuragi, he is still a first year high school student.I’m getting old nbxbsh i already graduated high school damn but why am i still hoping for the continuation of this anime :(
Apparently Inoue(creator) only use this anime to promote Slam Dunk series, if you look her style, he prefers do storytelling by manga style instead anime, I don't know why but there's strong reason why Vagabond never come to anime version.
All the fans wish the anime version would continue.. But the problem was with the author-takehiko inoue. In the manga, shohoku only won once. And they were defeated all the rest of the game on interhigh. Studio doesn't wanna do that. They want shohoku to win amd move forward. But the author/creator doesn't want to revise his original story line. That's why it stopped. No fan would like to see shohoku be totally defeated and devastated in the interhigh Competition. We're all hanging on a cliff and it sucks but.. Unless Inoue change his mind then the anime will not continue. They said he will release slam dunk illustrations on 2020. Maybe this is a sign 🤞
