    Thank you for the excellent presentation. In my view, equity is about everyone elevating their performance. With the shift towards data and analytics, it's crucial for individuals to either raise their game or risk falling behind. Just like in a 3000m track and field race, if one runner is excelling and leading the pack of ten runners, you don't slow down the leader so others can catch up.Bottom line: we don't need artificial diversity actions.

    So much wearable Health tech gadgets (I.e Garmin; Apple Watch..etc) Interesting point about Democratising Accessibility to Data in Healthcare but my question relates to privacy and how much personal data exactly consumers be willing to share
