He has a Liverpool accent, which as multiple ppl have already said is in the north of England. You lot thought it was an Irish accent and the reason why there are some similarities between the accent is because a lot of Irish and Welsh ppl moved to Liverpool decades ago so the accent is a mixture of a Northern English, Welsh and Irish accent.
