This was extremely helpful. My model looked very similar except a few differences in the face plate. I wanted to clean it out, sheesh, lots of work!
I am stuck at one point. 1:54 - Upper right hand corner is a white plug. It is attached to the front face plate. Where the heck does that plug into? I think it is to the circuit board. Not sure if at the top or bottom of right side of circuit board. I would be so grateful for a pointer! I have to put this back together tonight and stuck. I cannot see any other place.
Thanks in advance. Truly great video and thanks for no music. Very good visuals!!! Keep making them please.

@mjremy2605 Did you mean 10:54 ? Yes, the white plug goes into the top right of the circuit board.

    Great informative video.
But frankly I got stuck at 3:40. The top plastic plate is much less movable in my case and I am afraid to break it. Any trick to get it detached using the flat screwdriver as seen?

I was afraid of it myself but fortunately it worked. There had to be some sort of clip. The tool was a spudger from iFixit and plastic itself.

My machine got stuck in a loop.
During the coffee making process it stopped and went into cleaning mode.
Now its only pouring water from the steamer after that asking me to unplug.
    This cycle repeats now.
    Maybe someone can help me.

I would like to know how you repaired the contact points (at 13.10).
    Soldering with tin or aluminum?

Yeah, thas common issue, the original "solder" is soft as butter. Yes, you can solder it back tin lead solder, it will work perfectly.

Yes, just soldering as @scott88060 mentioned

Could you tell me how to reset this model, I have problems configuring the cups, it is stuck at 2x or two cups, and I can't get it to go down to 1x or 1 cup
