Remember, always ensure that your bike is properly assembled and all parts are securely fastened before taking it out for a ride. Safety first!
Great video, as always, Tony! Thanks for all the helpful content! For added prevention from vibration-loosening of the front fender screws, I’d suggest jam-nuts on top…perhaps acorns for a little extra bling.
For positioning of the rear brakes, placing a business card or playing card between the rotor and brake pad will provide that thin even gap you’re looking for. With the bolts loose, put the card in, press the assembly so the pad is holding the card to the rotor, then tighten the bolts and pull out the card.
This is a great new product for those who wish to build a chopper style gas bike. As a design suggestion, a built-in chain tensioner bracket would be a great modification for their next rendering.
Thank you! On the chain tensioner idea I’m leaning towards adding tensioners on the pedal side. Something You’ll see more of pretty soon.
@@tonytaylor5087 Good idea. With pedal-chain slack being the lesser of the two concerns, it’s the logical chain to have a tensioner on, and adjusting the wheel to tension the engine drive chain.
On that note, another upgrade to consider are horizontal drop-out tensioners for the Stinger
Nice looking bike
nice
wow that thing looks so uncomfortable to ride....but it looks really cool!
Sounds like you’re not in the true blue chopper crowd 😅
You might get more top speed if put a 26 inch tire on front with street tire I don't know why choose off road tire for this bike
Knobby’s for that old school feel. You can put any tire on you like tho.
When will we be getting that exhaust adapter?(tired of welding on new ones to try them out)
I’ll be working on that over the next month. Once I land in something you’ll start seeing videos on it.
i have the original version of this bike is there parts i can buy to make it disk brake
Messed up didn't greasr the pedals before installing and grease the seat post
Does this bicycle work with the 49cc 4 stroke kit?
That’s something I’ll be looking into in future videos.
I have a question. Is a 4 stroke 49cc better than a 2 stroke 80cc. I have had some problems with my 2 stroke and I would like to buy a 4 stroke 49cc.
The 49 cc engines are garbage out of the box
@@catsbyondrepair but why?
I like both of them. They each have a different feel but historically the 4 strokes are a bit more reliable.
@@tonytaylor5087 i think I will apply to driving school and get a motorcycle license (here in Europe at 18 you're limited to 47hp maximum)
What size is the rear brake rotor & engine sprocket
Haven’t measured them but looks to be standard or the same as on the F-Zero. I’ll dig into it and let you know.
36 tooth rear sprocket.
Seems pretty small for adults
It’s a mini chopper. Check out OCC motorized bike choppers to see what people do to mod the size.
Some of fhose welds are atrocious 😮
