What Pakistan has surrendered is its sovereignty to its Military, the beneficiaries are self evident. Without Kashmir card, the control of military over all issues big and small is not tenable. Kashmir issue will only be solved when military submits to normal civilian control as in all democratic countries. The U K envoy issue is that the titular head of POK invited her and by accepting it she unwittingly or wittingly participated in an one sided narrative. This has nothing to do how many residents U.K. has from the so called Kashmir ancestry.

It's a foregone conclusion that as soon as Pakistan gets out of its economic mess it will renege on any 20 year back burner policy on Kashmir. Therefore it would be common sense to have no truck with Pakistan, also agreeing to such a plan would be accepting Pakistan's stake in Kashmir where there is none. If there was any case of Kashmir it would have been with the Raja, that was settled by an article of accession, it's done and dusted. There can be no case of squatters right or else the Israeli and Russian occupations will become justified.and for anyother such action by any rouge nation.
Finally, if Pakistan wants to talk on other issues then they have to forego using terrorists as non state actors, no ifs or buts, under international guarantees including the Indus water treaty. Otherwise there is nothing that compels India to even bother talking to Pakistan.

I don't think India Pakistan relationship can improve unless Pakistan vacates Pok and GB. Then dismantle terrorist infrastructure. Even after this, With the amount of islamic radicalism in Pakistan, I don't think Pakistan public will see India as a friend any time soon

I think this is an appropriate time for India and Pakistan to commence a dialogue to reunite. Both countries have suffered immensely due to this enmity. Internationally India is a rising secular power. Actually there should be a meeting of SAARC type when they should sit together and create open borders and a new nation called United States of India or “Bharatvarsh” wherein all the current Indian states, Pakistan’s four / five states, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Maldives, Srilanka, Myanmar must join. Current Indian constitution could be adopted with Capital in Ahmedabad or some place in Gujarat ( maybe Dwarka). All the militaries would join to defend USI ( Bharatvarsh).
