Imagine if people are in a build fight. One guy is on high ground healing thinking he is safe as he watching everyone on low ground. Then, all of a sudden, you come flying out of the skies and one pump him lol 😂

If the game detects that you are in the air for too long, it automatically kills you. I tested this and tried to stay in the air for a while, I used the wings to dive to the ground after exiting the dumpster, and before I could reach the surface, I was instantly killed at some point.

For those of you seeing this, this might actually be avoidable if you take storm damage ticks from time to time, so if you are diving from the air then make sure to hug the storm a bit. This could be avoiding the checks Fortnite has. And could make it so you stay in the air forever if ur high enough.

I’m actually not sure why this happens. It could be random, or a trigger, or someone is manually killing me through admin privileges. Sometimes I survive to the end sometimes I get deleted mid air.

It only kills you when you fall back down and hit 1,500 meters doesn’t kill you while going up you can go as high as you want

If you do this and use the dash of these wing you will fly towards the ground and right through it and die
