In this episode we take a look at some facts, secrets, and history of Super Mario Galaxy. Both Super Mario Galaxy games were developed and published by Nintendo for the Wii. Mr. Pokirby well it could also be proven false by a myriad of other means. Like his use of relativity, of which would only occur the way he envisions it if it were to have happened in our universe, and not the mario universe where the black holes big enough to destroy our solar system merely keep planets in place. the wonky gravity shifting that makes no sense in many regards, etc.
The fact that we don't KNOW if the genetics of the humans in the mushroom kingdom are the same as our own, and him using earlobes as an indicator despite the fact he has a sample size of 2. Also ignoring the canonical (or at least semi-canonical) countries, regions and kingdoms other than the mushroom kingdom itself, with their own reigning species, mixed with the events of the Yoshi's Island games (where the F did Mario and Luigi and Peach come from?), and a bunch of other biased uses of real world science to justify innacurately represented science in-game pretty much gave me instant dismissal of the claim to begin with =P.

Really? Interesting, but I guess it makes sense.
They probably did that because 1. Game Grumps is more centered around video games than his animation channel, 2. They actually did a pretty thorough play through of this game on that channel (which is probably why Arin was considered for this), and 3. If you look up Egoraptor you're already taken to his animation channel, so why not kill two birds with one stone by mentioning the Game Grumps as well?

after playing XenoBlade for 2 hours i second that, im curious how the Devs made it so you can still fall 47 stories to the ocean, seeing the floating islands in the draw distance on a 3DS without breaking a sweat.

Gmaniac01 You haven't played Xenoblade Chronicles? you're missing out so much man, in this day and age, it's easily available on the Wii U virtual console or New 3DS. It's the most Square Enix Nintendo game out there! It's my favourite game of all time.
Gmaniac01 Xenosaga is a PS2 game and Xenogears is a PS1 game. Aside Japan, hey're exclusive to the United States so if you live outside there, they're pretty much unobtainable. Both games have a lot of thematic elements that make their way to Xenoblade Chronicles.
Chip Biscuit I never mentioned that game because the story is so boring and throwaway. All the more insulting that chapter of Xenosaga was the only chapter available in Europe. I'd love a HD Remaster so I can experience all three chapters.

+PhrozenFox I stopped watching cuz Arin's incompetence at games is frustrating. It's incredibly obvious that he tries to extend each episode to 10 minutes by acting like a total amateur. Sometimes I'll look at a video deep in a series (like part 40 of Bloodborne or something like that) just to see how far they are, and of course, they're not that far at all considering how far they are into the Let's Play. Danny and the stories he tells are the only saving grace for me.

JonTron wanted to put more work into his show and thats fine, but i wish Johny would be on GG as a guest in one or two episodes.
Dan and Ross (and sometimes Barry) are funny to me. Dan actually tries to improve on his improv and make the videos more funny but it's hard as hell when you have a dumbass like Arin who just wants to make videos to make money and act like it's a chore. Most of the conversations are boring they all talk about usually sex and 80s music and nostalgia and they do this 8/10 times on almost every video.

Two Request:
1. Did You Know Gaming - Shadow Hearts. The series was dark and hypnotizing yet really well made. And there were some nice refererences to the real worlds history.
2. Did You Know Gaming - Eternal Darkness. I can't call this "a series" because there was only one game for the GameCube but it was awesome and my favorite game for that console. A real hidden gem in my opinion. Especially the "insanity bar" was just brilliantly made and something real new and unique.
Egoraptor died years ago in a tragic accident, Arin from Game Grumps is the lazy bum that replaced him. Apparently animation and general creativity isn't an economically viable CZcams career. I've little respect if any for he who squanders his talents for dat CZcams money.

some more fun facts: some donkey kong jungle beat enemies, specifically the tusk buttapopo and the haribonbon enemies, appear as unused models in galaxies files. what makes this more convenient is that donkey kong jungle beat for the wii remake was released just a year after mario galaxy. plus, donkey kong was gonna make an appearance in this game too!! along with pikmin!!

Getting lost in Mario games? See, this is actually why I get nothing out of Mario Galaxy. The levels more often than not are incredibly linear. It provides such a shallow experience for me, by comparison. It also has the effect of making levels forgettable. After collecting all 120 stars, I have Mario 64's levels practically memorized. They feel like real places. Mario Galaxy levels are pretty much interchangeable.

Square Enix's Dragon Quest series uses orchestrated music from the Tokyo Philharmonic orchestra. They work with Yuji Horii, the game's music director, to create music for each game 💕💕💕 I was happy to see a more mainstream series use orchestrated music as well. It really brings the game to life, and you get so much more engrossed in the game. It's so cool!!!!
