- I went offshore fishing in Cape Canaveral for Kingfish, Cobia and Red Snappers with Capt. Scott Lum and Corey Pagano from Tackle Crafters. We started the day off netting bait in the Port. Once we filled our live wells, we headed offshore and started fishing for kingfish. After catching half a dozen kings, we moved inshore to a shallow wreck to go fishing for red snappers and cobia.

Wow great videos I'm a 52 yr old disabled father of two handsome boy's one of 4 n the other of 1yr old n I've been through a lot of a brain tumor n have other issues in my life n I've just got out from the hospital of 15 days but I'm a fighter for them i love but wish one day to go out n before God calls me to rest in peace to leave them a video of what daddy loved the best to do is fishing so they can see me geting the big one but i just wish but pray to do that one day love u guys blessings for u all

I remember back in the 80s as a kid, when we took coolers full of red snapper home out of the gulf. Great eating.
And that’s why we have strict regulations on them now🤣
@@Brett_Ski I don't think a handful of guys fishing is any reason to regulate an animal. Thar only happens when big money commercial fishing comes in and wipes out a species, hauling in tons. Our cooler full, wasn't a pimple on the ass of a commercial ship. I'll not accept your blame at all.
@@getinit56 and this mindset of “a handful of guys” is how people justify overfishing of our natural resources… it’s statistically impossible for our oceans to recycle at the rate to which you used to fish
This is my home town. Port Canaveral, Fl. awesome fishing Captains.. That snapper bite was insane. But, wouldn't except anything else on our reefs that are taking them over. This video proves it all Can't wait until they have an open season.. SMH.. BlackTipHFishing. Awesome video.

I’m 60 now, but when I was 14 or so we used to go out on Captain Anderson’s party boats , way way off shore. We even had those electric reels because we were fishing so deep. Anyway the red snapper, black and red grouper were so plentiful.
