Neural Trip - An AI Zoom (4k 60fps)

- My first AI generated fractal zoom! The result is a little trippy and a little psychedelic. It is interesting to see what the AI thinks of fractals, and how it morphs through different images and forms as it morphs throughout the zoom. Sit back, zone out, and enjoy.
This video is made with an AI known as Stable Diffusion 2. Fortunately for us, the creators of Stable Diffusion made it open source, so nerds like me can program it to make fractal videos.
I think this is one of the first zooms in this style on CZcams, certainly this long. There are a couple of other morphing zooms on CZcams, but they aren't the long continuous zooming style like this. My fractal zooming script proved quite useful for this. If you like this kind of thing, or you'd like to see more, please give me some feedback in the comments.

This is truly a change of basis, as a fractal artist myself, I believe that this is a revolutionary step for "fractal" exploration by using AI to create stunning imagery and "zoom" videos and I encourage you to do some more scrutiny with this topic well done Maths Town!

Watching this full screen at 2 times speed for about 5 minutes causes a visual effect where it looks like everything is being pulled into the very center of your field of vision. Really trippy.
This is Electric Sheep, Apophysis zoom. This is why it is completely different from the Mandelbrot zoom.

Interesting the patterns the AI chooses. It will take some getting used to. The colors are exquisite.
Despite the seemingly random nature, I always feel like your regular fractal videos tend to unfold in a sequence of sorts - One I cannot always predict, but never unfamiliar.
In particular, I feel your Mandlebrot videos pair well with Valante's music - always like I am traveling in a new but familiar set of places.
Certainly will keep an eye & ear out for more.
This is momentous! It is beautiful and has an organic acrylic-painted look. Many stills can hang on a wall. I would not have said that before with many amazing fractal patterns to date.

This is Georgia O'Keefe paints fractals.
The AI you chose seems to change style or way of representation countiniously. (The other Maths Town Fractal videos come in one visual style or flavour. This one is different in that it changes between styles of visuazation, and not just from one to the next arbitrarily, but smoothly, seamingly without transition, from minute to minute or so. Sometimes they are just superimposed on oneanother like exitsting in parallel.) Amazing, as always. Keep up the good work!

How did you do this and how long did it take?
Probably used fraktaler 3 and then sent it through stable diffusion. Might've had to put it through something like MMY3D before stable diffusion. Probably took a while, but Maths town is very well practiced in this form so it'd take someone like me a bit longer.

Is the AI generating something that would look like a real fractal zoom? What are the constraints on the stuff that is being generated?

So the AI is just imagining what should fractal zoom look like, no universal formula was used.
Please, ask it to make some epic formula for fractal instead of creaing something we arent sure how is being calculated.

This is cool and fun but AI has a long way to go to match your own exquisite work. Unless maybe if you train it with your stuff; not sure what you did feed it. AI IS maths-why split it off? Soon there’ll be no segregating it anyway.

This ... isn't a good fractal. The randomness is too high - there aren't principles guiding the uniformity of it. I see elements of images reproduced in weird ways. Not a fan.

The beautiful nature of fractals is in the pure mathematics, and they tie back to our literal nature. This is kinda neat to look at I guess, but not 1% as beautiful as true math
