Bear's Den have got me through some insanely bad spells of anxiety, I used to be in a touring band and now i can't even bring myself to look at a stage never mind get on it. Those bad nights, headphones in, Bear's Den and everything is good again.

There's so much to unpack in this song. lt's beautiful, obviously very personal, but so relatable. Also, his voice is so warm and comforting. I feel privileged to have been a fan of these guys for a lot of years now.
