What isn't mentioned in the news report is how did he know the ex gf was at her sister's dorm and spent the night. Did the sisters or their family post on social media that indicated the sisters were driving back to the sister's dorm, did the sister have her location posted, did he have a tracking device on her car or phone that pinpointed where she was, was he stalking her the night before the sisters left?
Maybe he had a tracker on her thats a good question but I'm mad because that Dorm should have been secured and that just should've denied bail..

I blame the system for letting this demon out on bail as well as the University. They failed these beautiful ladies and their family. This one hit me y'all. My heart hurts for this family.
