I say keep it. Good for you for buying it for yourself and not others think. I own a Versys 1000 and although it was a good deal and probably the most sensible bike I should own for my riding, it doesn’t take my heart away like my old Triumph Bonneville. If we all bought what others think we should ride or the most sensible ride, we’d all be riding Toyota Corollas.

Thanks for commenting Kevin, sadly I had to let it go, but still have the memories,

Good review mate, love mine and wouldn't sell it for anything else, except another MV TV and I've had more than 40 bikes! Had my TV 3 years and no issues, done loads of miles, toured europe and will be going to austria in June, dealer network could be better as you say, Russ and the team in Bennetts are very helpful, and MV are on the up, so things will improve. PS | I also have a 2009 MV Brutale 1078rr which I bought new and has also been faultless, so I take MV Negatives with a pinch of salt.

Nice review! I have a 2018 Triumph Street Triple R and love everything about it, except for the tremendous neck pain I get while riding it. I've called my Triumph dealer and they referred me to a guy who does modifications solely to Triumphs and he said there was no modification to do to it to raise the bars up and back more. Thus I am looking at a new Turismo Veloce. I too am having a hard time selling my Triumph as I've brought it to other dealers for an appraisal and they seemed somewhat uninterested and one even told me they have had them in the dealership before and that they sit. Just wanted to make sure the same won't happen with an MV if I do decide to pull the trigger. They are absolutely beautiful!

Thanks for watching, you are right the turismo veloce are stunning but other brand dealerships are not keen for part exchange but to own an MV is a bit special but be prepared for the financial hit when you do decide to trade it in.

    Hello David:
    Good year 2022.
It's good to see you and hear about the MV.
Well....what I said is true here in Portugal.
I am from Lisbon, capital of the country, and there is no dealership or workshop.
    went bankrupt!!
So I would have to take the MV to 30 km to be serviced, and the dealership is 100 km away.
Regarding the MV, I spoke with the head of the workshop, and he told me not to buy the MV, which had complicated situations, especially if it was before 2018, in the case of the one I wanted to acquire, which was from 2017.
At the time, the owner of MV wanted €11,500 in December, with Lusso having everything, and with 7000km.
And friends of mine also told me not to get the MV which was just trouble.
the MV is beautiful as David refers, it's from the heart, but..... and then the rest?
Have you tried positioning the TFT at 90º, ie getting a piece imagined by SI, that puts the TFT directly to your eyes with a visor on top!
You guys in the UK don't have a lot of SUN, but....it's not like we have many more sunny days here.
I lasted another year, since David applied new tires, HP exhaust, glass screen, it was money invested, which no one will appreciate, but will enjoy them.
But only David will know, because a good deal could come up and...there goes the MV.
As for buying a Super Tenére, I think it's a model that Yamaha dropped, is David talking about the 1200cc?
And why not a Ducati V2 or V4 Multisrada?
We around here as "CAGÃO people" without money what's in screeching is the BMW 1200/ 1250 on and off road.
I enjoyed seeing him in good health.
    Good curves.
    Hug.

Yeah’, mine lasted 3 months- a 6000 ml 2016 - the cruise control wasn’t ever right + it wouldn’t start in gear & then the exhaust sensor totally packed in ⚠️

Hi , thanks for watching the channel. Unfortunately not Traded it in for an Africa Twin which I had for awhile then I traded that for the Moto Guzzi, yes the MV was fun and I have fond memories of it.
