- This is a variation on probably my FAVORITE floor plan! This is the Avalon by Dream Finders which you will see is VERY similar to the Arlington by the same builder. My favorite thing is how flexible the bonus room options are! You can do just a bonus, one bedroom, two bedrooms and LOTS of other variations! This also features a flexible kitchen option and some incredible design choices!

Well... Dream Finders is closed out in Ardmore Reserve, but yes... the last few they sold were in the low $500s. They have LOTS of other communities around with varying price points.
Hi! What is the approx. price of this model home with the bonus room with those 2 bedrooms as shown?
Hi Kimberly! The base price of the home with the bonus is $379,990... To add the bedrooms, plus other lot premiums, etc. you can figure another $50,000 or so... THEN, you will probably want to figure another 15% of the base price for options and upgrades. SO... you can figure to be approaching $500,000 for the model configured this way.

There are going to be some homes that come back on the market in Lakeside Hamlin... also, they should be rolling out more information on their Silverleaf community soon. (right across the road from Lakeside) There is also a great location at Seidel Road and Fiquette Road that has a sign in front of it for "coming soon" but I'm told that one will be a while!

Agreed. I don't know anybody that uses those loft areas. I have one and it's just a cut-thru to the master. Such a waste of space when it could be another bedroom.
There are SEVEN different options for the upstairs with this plan! BUT... while you can eliminate the big bonus room, or make it smaller, there isn't an option to add a third bedroom in the loft space. That said, Dream Finders is one of the only production builders I know of that will do semi-custom adjustments, so we could always ask! :)
Hi Lady Jane! There are several different options for the upstairs that don't have the loft space included. That's why I love this plan so much. It gives everyone a chance to make it as big or small as they would like. (Or to not have the upstairs at all!)
I completely disagree! I have been searching for a massive bonus room to turn into a home movie theater and game room! This bonus room is good, but the floorplan with the Super bonus room is my dream! Party Central! I love the Arlington! The only thing I dont like about the Avalon is the 3-car garage, I like that the Arlington has the option for the flex room with double doors and 2-car garage.
As much as I look like looking at the women in house tours I prefer looking only at the house not any person
I walk through the homes so that people can get a sense of the true scale of what they are seeing. But I have good news! There are LOTS of home tours out there for you where they just walk through the home with a wide angle lens... I'm sure you can find some that you like! :)
@@HeartandHomeOrlando yeah I know what your saying but talking from behind the camera would have been nicer like record your voice after the videos done but you do what you want I just save these videos on my playlist and I watch it that for inspiration and motivation for one day to buy a nice house without a person being in front of the camera thanks anyway and I thought if there was no person in your videos I would have saved yours too and subscribed but it is what it is thanks anyway good luck
