The vocalist here is most likely Kyoko Kishikawa, who also collaborated with Ito in Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song (and can also be heard in Shadow Hearts and other video games). The guitarist here may have been frequent Ito collaborator Tsuyoshi Sekito, but I'm not 100% sure.

This battle theme is good but this game is low budget trash thank god we are finally getting a true saga game romancing saga 2 remake will be far better then this sad excuse of a saga game
