½ kg fish ( you can use any fish, I'm using rohu fish )
1 handful coriander leaves
4-5 green chilli
1 lemon juice
1' tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
1 tsp chili flakes
2 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1 tsp kasuri methi
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp food colour ( optional)
¼ tsp carrom seeds
½ tsp cumin powder
4 tbsp gram flour
4 tbsp corn flour
chutney:
coriander leaves
green chilli
red chilli
cloves of garlic
salt
black salt
cumin seeds
