- This channel would not exist if it wasn't for Jeff Bezos and Amazon delivering all the essential equipment I need to film these boats for you. So when he overtook me in his fancy new yacht the other day with the Damen Support Yacht in tow it immediately set off my imagination!
With a set up like his I would literally carry tenders for different occasions and this Franscher 1017GT would be the fancy date night boat. The boat to drop me off at the restaurant on the Grand Canal in Venice - that's the vibe I was getting.
Modern Gentlemans Racer is the best way to describe this Frauscher 1017GT and cool - sexy - powerful was how this boat made me feel.
You really just need to watch the video to appreciate the beauty of this design as words just won't do her justice. Future classic right here people - enjoy!

Stunning. Self-indulgent, to be sure. The apparent craftsmanship suggests it belongs in an art gallery when it's not delivering Dan to his fancy Venice restaurant. (Dan, did you choose the font and size of the comment text? If so, IMO it shows up as cleaner, unique and more space efficient than what I've seen in the past).

I like the boat and all, but don't see the point in something like this over an Axopar or the Wellcraft etc. Seems so limited in what you can do with it.
I believe someone who owns this would have multiple boats. Take the Frauscher out for a Sunday spin and use the Saxdor Mon - Fri for example

Yes I mean the SAY is a very different boat, and bigger. I’ve tested it too. Frauscher is more classic racer and SAY is modern race car efficiency

Haha yes unfortunately they needed the boat back before I had time to film all the B Roll which would show you the details up a bit closer so you have to put up with my ugly mug in this one!
