How did it work for you? The dealership wants to charge me $1,900 to change the driver side headlight. Crazy right??!! I wish I had the skills you have. I would change my own as well. I'm not paying that.

Hey man very helpful, I was actually to start take the black plastic around the headlights housing to try to figure it out when I look for it in CZcams and thank, just a question! Do you know what kind of bulb goes on the top not the hid or the high beam is the other one amber color? I would like to swap it with a LED . thanks man 👍🏼great video I'm following you now
Actually I don’t know what replacement bulb that would be but it shouldn’t be hard to find...I would google the year Infiniti that you have and see what all bulbs come up. I never thought of making that bulb LED too. That’s a great idea. I might change mines also. Glad my video help you out bro!
Thanks for the video. I have a "06" QX56, and waiting on the lights to come from eBay. Are thoes the cool blue bulbs (?), cause like you said"they look like the factory ones". I want a deeper blue to mines sence I got blue interior lighting.
Nayshawn Lewis yea they are...they are better than factory now. I guess I had to let them heat up. But they are perfect now. They not deep blue but it’s a way better light than the factory ones. And no problem on the vid. I did it to help everyone out!

The heat gun works. Thanks. Now different problem. Headlight went out yesterday. Got new one. Replaced won't come on. Could I have a short or am I doing something wrong.
Christopher Stone try unplugging the ballast and bulb again. I don’t see why the light wouldn’t work if u put it back together the same way u took it apart!
The moisture came back. I must have a leak in headlight I've watched a couple of CZcams videos on how to fix. I have my adhesive sealant. My question to you is how do I remove my whole headlight? Thanks
I have water leaking from the back of the part right before you get the light off. Do I need to let that dry out there is alot of moisture in that light.
Question. I just bought buld. 1. for 100 bucks. They told me if I wanted to change whole fixture it would be more. Do the light bulbs you purchase go to any fixture?
Christopher Stone best way I found was to take a heat gun and slowly skim the light back and forth. If u go to fast the moisture will dissolve but it will come rite back within minutes. Hope this helps!

Yea the moisture will come back if u heat the light too fast. I’ve never removed my whole light assembly.
