Jimmy Neutron was one of my favorite shows growing up. I would watch the show every morning before school.
I still have the Jimmy Neutron movie on both VHS (given by my daddy) and the DVD. I still have the Nick Picks DVD with the Jimmy Neutron episode Sleepless in Retroville, that was me and my brother’s favorite episode, such a classic.
I have got to get that complete series maybe for Christmas.
Just picked up this set from Walmart, getting very close to having a complete classic Nickelodeon cartoon set now.
I’ve been checking both of my Walmart’s for the past week and a half and still nothing 🙁😭

@@flybuttero - it used to be up on their site when it was still up for pre-orders, it was $39.99 but then they randomly took it down. I remember I couldn’t find it on their site anymore but the image of the set popped up on google images with its original Walmart link attached but when I clicked on the link to Walmart, it was broken and no longer existed.

I got my copy in Christmas 2022, and aside from a few case imperfections and the discs constantly falling out, it’s a pretty good package! I’d give it an 8.5/10.
4:44 Both the Paramount and Shout! Factory logos are on the back of this DVD set which raises a lot of questions, but regardless, at least it's out now. This is another long overdue Nickelodeon show finally getting the proper DVD treatment.
I think it's because the special features were on the compilation discs released by Paramount.
Perhaps it’s because of Paramount’s ties to the pilot episode, since that and the movie were produced and marketed around the same time

Jimmy Neutron is legit one of the best Nicktoons of all time, and I couldn't be happier that the complete series is finally available on DVD from Shout Factory. Here's hoping that My Life as a Teenage Robot and Rocket Power get the Shout Factory treatment next!
Yeah SHOUT factory is a better company for Nickelodeon releases…. All what Paramount cares about for their Nickelodeon DVD releases are their preschool shows and Spongebob…

I love Jimmy Neutron and I was so excited for this release! They packed pretty much everything but the movie inside and as a collector, an animation critic, and a die hard OG Nickelodeon fan it was such a great release!
I'm keeping my VHS tapes for nostalgia, but this is an incredible release and here's to hoping that this show gets revived soon!!
Glad this has finally been released. I'm not a fan of the fact that they used the same artwork on every disc, but this still looks like a great release. I may get this since When Pants Attack, Party at Neutron's, Ultra Sheen, and Holly Jolly Jimmy are not available on Paramount+.

I'd love for Shout to pick up As Told By Ginger and the 2003 TMNT (not originally Nick, but they got it when they acquired the franchise).
Same with all grown up as well.
Also, J's Blu-Rays you should notice the Paramount logo next to the Shout Factory logo on the bottom of the back cover.
Likely means Paramount had some involvement or are using it's home entertainment label and Shout Factory is just distributing it this time, i don't really know
@@dfffaz I heard it's because some of the special features are reused from the Jimmy Neutron DVDs originally released by Paramount back when the show was new.
I hope Shout Factory releases TMNT 2003 seasons 1-7, Teenage Robot seasons 1-3, and Tuff Puppy seasons 1-3

I’m happy that I got this complete series on DVD 📀, asked my aunt to get it for me for Christmas 🎄 and I got it with me. My Jimmy Neutron collection is almost complete, I just need to get the movie on Blu-Ray. I have the Jimmy Neutron movie on VHS 📼 and DVD 📀, the Jimmy Neutron complete series, the Jimmy Neutron movie CD 💿, now all I need to complete my collection is to get the movie on Blu-Ray.
I want a collection of the first 8 seasons (including specials/movies) of The Fairly OddParents. I enjoyed season 9 but couldnt stand season 10 but maybe a couple episodes. I feel like season 8 ended in a way that fits for a series finale.
Finally the video has came out but definitely one the few long videos you made in while too
That's the issue when he buys a complete series set of a show that he already had any previous DVDs for prior and has to go on and on about it. Same issue with the Rugrats: The Complete Series DVD unboxing video.

Still hoping somebody will grab a license for KaBlam! That's a Nickelodeon show that just doesn't receive a lot of love even though it was my favorite cartoon on Nickelodeon in the 90s. I'm glad SF got this one though and I too hope they'll grab more Nickelodeon cartoons in the future.
So appropriate that this was released right on the heels of the original movie's 20th anniversary (December 21st, 2021).
I really wish they included more stuff here. Like the movie, the shorts aired on Nickelodeon, episode commentaries, making-of documentaries, deleted scenes, or even the original Johnny Quazar pilot.
At least it includes most of the bonus features from the compilation DVDs
The Movie had it's own DVD & there are some commentaries & BTS stuff. Deleted Scenes are unknown to exist but there some select animatics

The Movie have it's own separate DVD released.
I've found out they put the shorts as bonuses on the DVD released of the Movie.
This already have some Behind the scenes bonuses.
I'm sure they weren't given access to put deleted scenes from Viacom.
The Original Master tape/file of that is long gone, I think Viacom don't even have it and Shout can't get do anything about it.
Whenever Nickelodeon reissues series after Shout! Factory it always seems like Nickelodeon is trying to 1-up them with much more bonus features and less discs

I got it on amazon pre-order for $39.99. I saw the price had been lowered for like 2 hours one day so I cancelled my original pre-order and replaced it.
I donated my compilations to a thrift store when I got this but I swapped the cases with releases containing eco-box cases.
I don't think The Amanda Show or Kenan & Kel will ever be complete. Some episodes of both of those shows have copyright issues from music.
SHOUT! Factory might find a way to make a complete release of Kenan and Kel and The Amanda show…. I’m sure they found a way to get around the music rights…. I mean Kenan and Kel and Amanda were released by Amazon back in 2014, so it’s been a while since SHOUT made a Nickelodeon DVD release… So they might have gotten the rights for the music that was used in the shows years after Amazon released them… You may never know….
The Proud Family recently got an official complete series release on DVD check that out I was surprised when I saw it at Wal-Mart.
I really want Shout Factory Kids to release more of my childhood shows on DVD as a Complete Series, @J's Blu-rays like DragonTales, Thomas, All Grown Up (USA Version), Blue's Clues, Dora The Explorer, Max & Ruby, and many others.

It's funny, as much as I'm a die-hard physical media person when it comes to movies, I've fully embraced streaming when it comes to TV shows. I guess movies just don't take up as much space on my shelf.

I’m happy to see SHOUT and Nickelodeon butting heads again…. I mean it’s been a while since they released any classic Nickelodeon show on DVD…. Since Nickelodeon are at ties with SHOUT! again. I want them to release All that seasons 1-6 from 1994-2000 on DVD with the musical guests… I mean it’s been years since SHOUT released any old Nickelodeon shows and they might have gotten the music licensing for the music that was sung in the show. You may never know…

J's Blu-Rays So, I am a fellow Nickelodeon DVD collector. So, recently for Christmas I got Jimmy Neutron the complete series on DVD, but I also have the best of season 1 DVD so do you think I should keep or get rid of the best of season 1?
As far as I can tell, there isn't much point in having the Best of Season 1 if you have the complete series.

@@inusan2198 There was originally gonna be a fourth season where we see Evil Jimmy return, and also Betty and Cindy become friends after getting themselves (and Libby) trapped in Jimmy's lab, and capping it off with Cindy and Jimmy finally getting together and all of them making it to middle school.

I think the only title they kinda screwed up on was the wild Thornberrys there where 2 episodes that where broken and then after getting new DVDs they were still broken really hoping we get a new dvd set for it

It's because almost every Nicktoons (before HD) are locked into 480 quality and it's better to released them onto DVD.
