Shouldn't we compare relative strength of small finance banks to the nifty PSU bank index rather than bank nifty? Just a hunch that SFBs are more similar to PSU banks.
Not correct. From that cash dividend is paid recently. The remaining cash will increase sfb book value by approx. Rs 1.8 and not Rs. 3. Management itself has confirmed this.
Shares will also get cancelled and there will be cancellation of Pref shares too. Please check your calculation :). We will check ours too

However, Ujjivan has higher product risk (unsecured). Equitas is 50% in TN. Both diversifying away is a key monitor able :)
