And then 5-7 years special focus for development, monitored by tribal committees for each Tribe so funding cannot be touched by politicians and bureaucrats at the risk of losing their jobs if they misbehave over the money flow. (Better roads, education facilities, skill learning center, hospitals, etc). This way the neglected areas are given good access to the benefits allocated.❤️❤️❤️❤️ Nagaland is too small to have two States. Plus animosities will deepen between communities. If it is divided. Eastern demand is about development but. Eastern area consists of highest number legislature seats in Nagaland assembly. Eastern taking almost 40% reservation in government jobs. Almost 60% of state budgets goes to eastern Nagaland. All the top officials and contractors in DUDA and RD department are eastern Nagas. Eastern Naga's are logically backward in minds. Instead of questioning their concern ministers mlas officers who are becoming more rich and rich... They are asking for a separate state which is a joke. They don't even know creating a new state in indian Parliament is not a joke.. Just check the time gap when a latest state was formed in India.
