Hi, Joia! Yes, the prices are going up around here but its still a great place to live. Hendersonville can feel a bit removed from Asheville but you get a lot more for your money here in terms of housing. Asheville isn't to far away and we go back all the time. Hendersonville has a great downtown and cool places to eat, its just quieter than Asheville and smaller. Good luck with your move and thanks for watching!!
