@iiiEM - Export Import Business Training Center. Firstly Thanks for making video on ECGC role in export. It would be much more helpful if it's in Hindi. My question is what if ECGC don't have credit limit or over limit for any particular buyer and ECGC not accept our policy for that buyer ?
It happens that ECGC’s Buyer verification is not encouraging, in such a case you should avoid dealing with that buyer.

सर एक तरफ आप बोलते हो कि इंपोर्ट एक्सपोर्ट करने के लिए कोई भाषा का आना जरूरी नहीं है कोई भी कर सकता है लेकिन आप जो इंपोर्ट एक्सपोर्ट की जो प्रोसेस समझा रहे हो वह आधी इंग्लिश आती हिंदी में है या तो पूरा उसको हिंदी में बनाएं ताकि समझ में आए पूरी जानकारी आप की जानकारी समझने के लिए तो ऐसा लगता है कि टोफिल क्रैक करना पड़ेगा अंग्रेजी भाषा के लिए मुझे मास्टर करना पड़ेगा

Dear Abdullah, This will depend upon the Amount, Country where the Container is shipped to, and the Type of policy you have.

Sir if buyer not ready to clear custom duty n not ready to receive goods at that time how ECGC help us
First you need to get the buyer verified through ECGC. If the buyer has paid you in advance, no problem. If not, if you have paid the premium to ECGC for Credit insurance, ECGC shall recover the payment to pay you.

ECGC depends on the cover and you take under the Policy. Please contact the local ECGC office with proper documents for exports.

#askiiiem Sir if our commodity is agro & its perishable, after taking approval from ecgc & also took advance 30% & 70% as DA 5days or DP payment terms, now buyer set his mind that he dont want to pay rest 70% payment, hence he raising quality issues of product even products are in good condition, in this situation how to deal with client or ecgc will approve claim for rest amount , sir kindly answer my question so Indian exporter also take care abt this
