I mean..Invoker is the star of this show so far. I was upset that he did not have his original voice from the game but no anymore. This voice actor is on another level!

As far as I understood from trivia (wikis and such), this invoker is a different Invoker person from "Carl the Invoker" (the one in Dota 2). So it's fine for the voice actor to be a different one as well.

Except he didt, it might be alluded to that the ending where filomena was cured was invoker's true plan all along, Book 4 will confirm if this theory is correct. There was a hidden bargain struck with terrorblade in this scene. If you looked careful, terrorblade was given all souls as promised right before he was struck down, the souls brought to him in davion by the invoker. The world was re-created by mirana not terrorblade, as said by the invoker, and Filomena was in a field of flowers curing her as terrorblade promised. All this shown with invoker's smile at the end in foulfell.
Invoker's scheme is so mindblowing that it even break dimensional barrier and bamboozled people like you.

@@Gounesh I dont think so, simply beacuse there doesn't look to be anymore purpose for TB in the story. But for sure they can reintroduce him, cause it doesnt look to break the story in any serious way for him to come back. Davion coming back for e.g breaks the story much more for me, but I got a feeling they might try to reintroduce him.
More Spoilers below.
Other aspects I was thinking about with relation to my theory. First Filomena is dead in the current universe, which means the Invoker would first have to create a new universe with a surving Filomena to extract her. However, Invoker said himself that its extremely difficult to create a stable universe, and he already knows this before hand. Hence the only guaranteed stable universe, is the one they were already in. This is where mirana comes in, Invoker already knows shes the worldwym, the only constant across all universes, and only she can bring them back to the original universe.
Second, now if mirana reverts the universe, invoker would revert along side it, so the only one who could bring filomena back to the original universe is filomena herself. This is why Invoker taught filomena how to use the forge. The problem as invoker also mentioned, is that he is well aware of everyone's true nature, and Filomena's nature of kindness will always prevent her from using the forge if it meant ending the existence of countless lives. This also applies to Mirana to a certain extent, cause she might be tempted to make a new life in the new universe with her loved ones instead of reverting, which in the end mirana almost succumbed to.
Third, invoker thus forces their decision by pushing the world to its determinstic end destroying everyone and everything. This forces Mirana to revert, and this removes and burden remaining on filomena to use the forge to transport herself. The horror was all necessary in his plan to safe filomena.
It's really awesome how they steered the series' direction. The plot & plot twists made it a hell of a ride!
He is never alone. His daughter is always with him in his heart. To keep that memory alive and untainted he will do anything. Making him more terrifying than any dragon.

Fair point, Slyrak arrogance was his undoing. I suppose he thought he would have only Terrorblade to face in his prison and not two others pillars and the numerous victimes of the demon.

@@krisbelch1776 Uh no, Kashurra was a normal dragon, not a pillar, just like Auroth. Except where she came into contact with only one Radiant ore, he came into contact with a Dire and a Radiant ores which gave him more powers. He said it himself that the cristals gave him conscious and sentience so he cannot be a Eldwyrm who are already sentients. Only normal dragons are mindless creatures for some reasons.

Invoker had probably the greatest "fuck you" moment of all time season 1 with Selemene at the end. Now this... good god.
Invoking the dragon soul powers on the fly was such a cool idea. I imagine he wanted to hold off on using Chaos dragon unless he really had to, seeing as it took out his tower as well.
Facing alone a powerful demon who posess three dragons armies, yeah, i think he had to. XD

Man Invoker and Terrorblade are perfectly made morally-grey characters.
Terrorblade is not morally grey, he's outright evil. He was literally too evil even for the others demons. He does not have nobles motives, he just want to reshape reality as his personnal hell.
Both Invoker and Terrorblade are evil. Terrorblade is chaotic evil, he only wants to reshape reality to his whims and does not care how many have to die for that. Invoker has a noble reason but he still isn't afraid of destroying words to get what he wants, so he's evil as well.

El invocador es sin duda el mejor personaje de la serie, adoro a este hombre, se que lo que hizo fue un acto que merecía castigo, pero me es imposible no empatizar con este personaje, ya que como no sentir empatía por un padre que haría todo por su hija.

This clearly needed extra episodes and seasons. Kinda annoying Valve cut the episode length to ~23m and number to 8. You can really see how the writers tried to fit the epic into a smaller slot.
It works perfectly as one 3.6 hours movie

Before they went to Foulfell. The Invoker stored the dragon souls inside Davion because Davion and the others didn't trust him, so they wanted someone to hold on to them instead of the Invoker.
