Thornhill is criminally underrated. Been a fan since Butterfly. Heroine had to grow on me but I love it now. Saw them in Seattle and they blew the roof off.
Which show? I was at both but def think they blew the roof off on one vs. the other.
I saw Thornhill In North Carolina Twice I saw them with Moodring last year and again with Banks Arcade, Holding absence and the plot in you show oh my gosh they are so good, Also I got to Meet with Jacob after the show he's such a sweet and down to earth guy.
Here for the butterfly respect and DOES NOT GET THE APPRECIATION IT DESERVES 🤌

This is one of my favourite tracks off Heroine! This live version sounds great. I absolutely love the part at 1:58 feels like I'm floating through the clouds lol

Nice clean sound \m/ Love that drum set sound. Cool to hear them jam like at rehearsal or soundcheck.
Love the soundbox concept. Like playing in a glass dome where spectators get listen on your rehearse almost. Could record and film a whole live album that way would be cool too.

Why is the chorus different?
The chorus they played here was the original chorus for the song, but I think Jacob said he didn't like it and replaced it with the chorus on the album.

Jacob has an amazing voice he's in my top ten favorite male vocalist of all time I got to see Thornhill twice once on the across the heroine US tour when Moodring opened up for them and second time this year with the plot in you, holding absence and Banks arcade plus I got to meet Jacob after the show we talked for a good few minutes then I got a picture with Jacob I will never forget that moment meeting him. Also, you should check out his side project called cherry I highly recommend it if your into indie pop or not.

I watched the Live stream back in December of last year it was good however Jacob did miss a lyric in Blue Velvet and RAW too but anyway Thornhill slayed it at soundbox I hope they get to come back this year despite on their busy schedules with tours and stuff anyways I dig this Alternative version of Blue velvet it was Really good I can tell Jacob missed a lyric in the song but kept it smooth sailing.
What I would give for these guys to play metalcore again.
Listen to every other metalcore band for that, this is amazing
