Just the thought of anything heavy, other than maybe water, will make you gag. Some even need an IV to keep enough fluids and nutrients because they cant eat while in detox. All you can think about is getting more of the drug, regardless of how hungry or thirsty you may be before. Especially something so fattening such as this, with peanut butter and chocolate that will cover your mouth and throat, I cant even imagine. Your stomach just wont accept it. Having to eat something like this while withdrawing would be living hell. And I’m talking about real withdrawals, not the “I didn’t smoke for a day, Im withdrawing so bad,” kind. If anything its called this because when you are super high, and hungry, you will eat just about anything that sounds good, all at once in large quantities. Gallon of ice cream, pack of oreos, tons of candy and chips, etc. So it makes sense they would think of making this concoction. Thats way more logical and based in reality compared to your obviously sheltered and limited perception of the real world. Please stop applying your own interpretation of bits and pieces you see online with no sources, and assuming it must be accurate because you are always correct about everything and it must be factual if it makes sense in your head.
