this guy does a fantastic job in making it seem as if it is he who sings with all these small boxes of him but if you look closely sometimes you can see him making mistakes with his lip syncing. it is actually the cat, which i initially only thought were handling the drums, which is singing.
Examples?

I'm pretty sure that Smooth McGroove is one of those dog-operated puppets that's been adapted for use by a cat.

Jesus Olvera That's Guile. Ken was a rushdown character in most games. Even Guile's moveset was designed so you had to hold Backwards 1-2 seconds to charge up the special move so he naturally became a character that either walks backwards constantly or crouches down in opportune situations and positions.
Samoutuomas Actually, Guile was mainly a rushdown character in ST. The only person to actually use a turtle Guile effectively in ST was Daigo.
