- We walk the apartment area south from the Royal Sun, announce the winning name from our facebook competition and then get to peek at a new apartment, how exciting! Turned out to be an interesting afternoon even though very windy, we had not planned all this for you!

Not sure on rents but we have friends with a nice 2 bed apartment near sea 700 euro per month.

Normally they fill the pools during May, towards the middle so they are warm by season start on 1st of June generally.
Is there a bakery near to the Royal Sun? We stayed there last year and couldnt find one close by. I think the closest one we found was 5 corners..
Yes I think nearest will be near bus station or across at 5 corners.
@@sunnybeachlife5860 Cheers, I thought so. We had a good scout around the area as the info in the room said there was one 100m away, but nobody seemed to know where it was. Probably closed down, which is a shame. When we stayed at Sunny Victory, there was a bakery just outside, which was really handy for grabbing a snack.
Is all thoses complexes are open year around?
They vary , many are and you can use them all year. We know people living in complexes in Sunny Beach. Our apartment complex is we lived in it last winter when we first moved over while selling our home in the UK.
Hi, would you be able to do a walking video from Bellvue Hotel to main area, flower street, beach etc please? Also would be great to see size if Bellvue car park as I am thinking of hiring a car, but need to know i can park. Thank you.
The walk is in several of the videos, one in snow couple weeks back I mention the new tiling had been finished. Few hotels have big car parks obviously, you need to contact them and see if it can be booked as in height of season without a booking you will have to park a way back we struggle sometimes ourselves.

@@nattiewood9855 Yes all closed up, probably just occasional check. Whatever, the car park it will be full so booking is essential.
Is it possible to pre book spaces? That's a fab thing! Where I've been before it's 'pot luck' if you can park on your return.
Only on hotels normally, parking is difficult in high season. With COVID and so many driving over from Romania it got worse.

At the moment for newer ones between 800 to 850 euro per meter is average, so a 1 bed 60 meter about 50k euro. I dont know about rents. We are not agents . just showing an example in the video

@@user-pk8ph5gs6x if you buy 100meter apartment it would be 83k euro, 50 meyer half that. They price here giving size as well as bedroom number it helps work out value of property.

I Think why you see much more activity in Sunny Beach....are due to all the ukraine living there, same as here in Varna/Golden Sands
There are many more from Western Europe settling in the area, they are leaving the wokeness and craziness behind. Yes Ukrainians, but far less here than last year. We have also met some British this last week moving over to live.
🕶😁🧳 I understand in your mind everything looks good But all flights at the moment are fly from luton airport and not cheap There is more or less one airline doing flights With the airline which is so expensive eat some belief more When the season starts they will be pushed out of market In 4 weeks time I will be in Sunny beaches I hope so see you and have a beer You know the story if not a beer cocktail cocktail 2 coffee Hopefully the weather will change and I know I need a change in life that's why I'm coming to Sunny beaches ⛱ 😎 If I don't see you in flower street or on the beach I might see you in The Condor Good times and fun fun fun
It is winter and only scheduled is wizz. Up till this year the Irish had to fly to Plovdiv no direct flights. We have family and friends flying to Sofia very cheap then a bus to sunny beach. Plovdiv is the same. Things will change as the year develops it normally does.
