Might I suggest GTT Tunings catch can set up for both sides of the pcv system. I bought them and you wouldn't believe the amount of crap they keep ot of your intake and turbo. If you fo end up purchasing the intake side catch can let me know and I'll send you out a part I made that is an upgrade over thier kit. I'm a machinist by trade and I made 2 of them while i was at it, even though I only needed one of them. Really excited top watch the Mini come together! Keep up the good work!

Hi just watched your latest video and so thrilled you are at last getting back on with the mini but one concern I have is that you stated the engineering company doing the work for you is also going to rebuild the engine, I really enjoyed watching the videos of you stripping the engine down and assumed that the engineering company would have skimmed the head , done the valve seats & guides and rebored the cylinders and then you was going to fully rebuild the engine from there onwards, if they are doing most of the work WHY your clever enough to rebuild it and it will make for some fantastic videos for us to see it from stripping it down to seeing it run again with all the new parts on it and then maybe you getting it on a dyno to see what bhp it pumping out. So please rebuild it yourself 👍

Just two weeks ago blew three huge holes in the block and am now starting the rebuild process too. All Supertech internals in the block and head, although i picked up 10:1 CR pistons, Lohen didnt offer 9.5. As you said it all mounts up and when you factor in parts spend, and the fact you want to keep it for a while you really start weighing up should i replace this part and this part because you know its going to cost you 3-4x the part in having it replaced in the future. This is the spec to be. My JCW turbo cartridge is getting forged internals with a 7+7 which should push me over the 300bhp mark. I just watched your turbo breakdown video to give me a heads up (shame you didnt strip it down further!)

Big ups for not being like every other CZcamsr trying to make a million horsepower, 300-350 is perfect for a mini 👌🏼
I did a lot of the same mods to my mini, just to save you hours and hours of wasted time. Change the coils to ignition projects coils. The standard ones (especially if old) don't produce enough current for the spark to operate properly at higher boost ( 22psi) even when the sparks are propely gapped. And get 2 catch cans for both PCV systems. The PCV delete some people recommend never made sense to me.
One thing you prolly forgot about with this build is cylinder wall. If youre going all out and plan on or wanting 400 hp plus. I would sleeve the block. Cylinder walls are pretty thing on these motors.
Although I’m not a big fan of the mini build I do think you deserve a sponsorship it would help you out so so much but I love your passion keep up the great videos bro

I more or less bought the same stuff for my 8gen accord V6. Difference being half of it had to he custom because "family car" lol. Could have built a 6-700 NA coyote or LS for the same money. But we gotta be different lol

Have you considered that ECS Positive Steering Response part that keeps the steering wheel straight during acceleration? I'm definitely getting one for my R52.

Wait a minute... Milan, why did you spend all that time in cleaning and polishing the valves that came off the mini's engine and then go out and buy new valves? Then what was the point and it means you wasted your time cleaning and polishing those valves.

LOL... k, so buying the valves was an after thought!
Bernie Cruz Well, when he was polishing the stock valves Milan might not have intended on building it as much as he is currently. Now he has new valves that are suited for this extra power. Every car guy has built something, and then either broke it and rebuilt it another way, or decided it wasn't satisfactory and rebuilt it to do its job properly. If you haven't done that yet, you will eventually. "Hindsight is 20/20."
The N14 has no VANOS.
Yes it does. The N14 has it on one camshaft, whereas the N18 has it on both camshafts.
