    A lesson on the resonator version of Jungle Lullaby would be brilliant. Love this style of music. Saw you in the Eumundi Hotel a couple of years back. Awesome show!

    The diminished chord runs are the closest thing to the sound of a train passing by and the Doppler effect that happens when they blow the horn. Great music CW, you have your own distinctive style, just like Jimi had. That the most important accomplishement of a musicians carreer

    Hey boss Im so stoked you went electric.. changed my life... gone boogaloo the best album i heard in years, and it only came out two day ago. Quick question what amp you usin with that jazz master? and are you using a mute on that thing? i know some a the old jags or jazz masters had an optional mute you could get on em?

    • @cwstoneking
      @cwstoneking  Před 9 lety +5

      Hi Jesse, the amp in this video is a tweed bandmaster clone (Clark Tyger), in the other instruction video I'm using my Harmony 306A amp. I got no mute on there, the Jaguar comes with a mute but not the Jazzmaster, just using flatwound strings which tone down the tops and the sustain a little, Jazzmaster not a long sustaining guitar anyway - which is why I got one.

  • @florencenightanday2672

    Anyone got his albums go see him live if you get the chance, you won't regret it

    Here is clip of my sons playing this great song of yours, thanks for the lesson.
    czcams.com/video/vk6yXL9Da3k/video.html
    Will had a go at doing the intro but couldn't manage to speak it whilst playing at the same time, simultaneous conflicting timings I think... at least that is what he complained about. Do you play it at the same time and singing it?
    They played it at this venue fully acoustically, but will be playing it with a Fender Jaguar and Full Drum kit at a school band night in a couple of months.
    Will has been a big fan since we saw you at Bluesfest a few years ago, love Boogaloo.

    Really careful with his stuff. Good to see. Never wanted to knock the headstock quite rightly. Why has japan got these for 1200€£$ but old jg 66 from japan are 700 ? Not better getting older one when fender gave permission and japan would have outbuilt the Americans as I've noticed on a Japanese jag and no space in the gaps on neck pocket. USA has enough to fit thick paper in it? So why aren't old ones worth nore? 1996? Is this basswood or alder? Jg 66? A question noone will answer or get a oh in 96 made in japan 97 crafted in japan? Alder or basswood?
