whats it like in winter for fishing
Mainly Cod, Whiting and flounder but its a bit hit and miss in the winter.
What size rod were you using ?
A 9ft spinning rod Rated 20 to 80g
The reason I wanted to know that is because when I'm fishing for Mackerel I usually have stupid rod too big to cast when lots of people are around me thank you for the info

i might come down here at one point in the summer or at least a pier where there is a chance of getting mackerel, i'll try a float rig with a strip of mackerel for bait
It gets quite busy on here in the summer but usually plenty of Mackerel to be had. when they turn up here i'll stick another video on.

nothing today tide was to big but was our only day off, havn't had them long only been out a couple of times. hoping to get out more over the summer.
