To be fair, consider the setting and the kind of tech the enemy has, smehow I don't think a real camo or "tactically viable color" is gonna do much. That's why they have active camouflage capabilities
I'm especially fond of Spartan-IIIs. The CQC was my absolute favorite from this series, and one of my favorites of all time. Would have preferred a silver visor to blue, but overall I like it. I too was disappointed with the Operator's paint scheme, especially because I love the sculpt so much. The colors make it look like something you'd find in a Happy Meal.
As a collector, I'm kinda glad the only significant named character in this line is Ripa. Gives my wallet more time to breath. (Yeah, it's got Master Chief with an overshield, but I only collect regular figures of named characters.)
I feel like every time we get a new master chief figure it shows more of the black on the figure every time by the waist and kind by the kind of below the upper torso awesome video

You should be satisfied and greatful. In my WalMart and other local stores, we cant really come around by halo. I got the first S11 character in my walmart yesterday. They just came out. Be happy
I honestly can’t believe I was able to find these at Target, I got lucky I guess. Also the spartan laser that comes with the Operator is honesty the best looking splaser MEGA has ever produced in my opinion! It has such a nice matte finish and 360 printing
Wow, when i never knew you knew so much about halo wars, and halo in general. I just thought you were like most people who buy halo mega bloks, they just buy them cause they think the figured look cool. They know little to nothing about halo, and when they go to do a youtube review, they just kind of give a very shallow touch about the halo lore, and dont even talk about it. With you, you play halo, and actually have some decent backround knowledge about the games and the lore... thats a LOT more than most can say. Its sad to see that the halo community is slowing dying and getting smaller each day.. what a shame Great job on the reviews!
Had to get 2 of those hunters. But for ripa I had acouple of older purple energy swords, 1 from the phantom set and 1 from a blind bag. I gave him the purple energy swords to be more accurate.
I agree the splazer is amazing. I wasn't aware that it was anything special until I opened it up. I like having a Master Chief that is different but agree with your overall assessment, nothing amazing. I would like a few more Spartans in that dark brown color scheme, it's nice. That would should have been paid with the splazer, imo.
Just started collecting Mega Bloks (Construx now) again. As a kid, before even playing Halo, I loved them and got a few sets including the Phantom with the OG Ripa Moramee. Sadly when we had to move, I downsized and sold all my sets in a garage sale, and don't think I have said amazing figure anymore. Just went and remedied that with a quick amazon purchase of the new heroes version. Sadly 6 local stores (2 Walmart, Target, and Meijer) were stripped bare of Halo sets. Walmart surprisingly had like none stocked anyway with very little remaining, Target and Meijer was just pretty bare. Sadly no Ripa or Hunter's stocked but got myself a Lang, and probably will grab the non Chief Spartans next time I go to the store looking for a few Hunters. (Hopefully they get restocked)

your local Target is your best bet as they've taken over Halo MCX product distribution here in the U.S. I don't know where you live but if you live in the U.S. Target is where to find him
Im not sure if its possible but i think i would've tried a dual mold random blend technique kinda how Lego used to make their huskies for the Oversized Master Chief. A random mix between regular and translucent plastic probably couldve looked cool
I saw this set in my area for like two weeks before it just vanished. The Targets that I've seen these at have restocked on other Heroes series, but not this one. I wouldn't mind the limited release, but I still have to get the Hunters, Chief, and the Operator sadly. Hope they come back soon or go down to retail price on Amazon...

That cqc feels special because we rarely get Spartans in colors that would really be tactically viable.

Something I did with the operator (I got 2) is I replaced the lower limbs with silver ones and it gave it a more serious tone.

I laughed when I saw the images for the figures and saw the operator it is the exact armor set I use in halo reach so I bought the figure.

Interestingly, because of climate, Mega Construx has better distribution in America than it does in Canada, which is where Mega Construx is.

I like the series overall. Most impressed by Lang in terms of color design.
I'll be honest, I much prefer the grey background to the white. Sometimes my eyes just can't handle that much white.

Four months later these just showed up in my Chicago Target stores.
My target had a full case I bought one of each but bought 2 spartan Cqc and 2 master chief overload

They should have made Ripa a bit bigger,I mean I understand it's cheaper to use pre existing molds but Ripa was huge compared to normal Sangheili

The only thing wrong with Ripa Moreamee is he shouldn’t have those spikes on his boots. Only the Elites from 4-5 should have those.

Why is the hunter named a “Remnant” Hunter? I thought the red color was for the “banished?”
