Here is an entirely too long and detailed video about the Thule Aion 40 carry-on travel backpack. I have been meaning to make a video about this backpack for awhile now and here it is finally. I have owned this backpack for about a year at the time of posting and have used it for a few trips. Overall, I like the feature set, low weight, backpack carry, aesthetics, size, and amount of pockets. However, it can be uncomfortable to carry for long periods or with heavy weight, and the main compartment is a bit small for a backpack that claims to be 40 liters.
Thanks to your review, i got this awesome backpack, please keep doing reviews, you are good at it and I truly enjoyed it.
sweet review, Dan. CONSERVATION continues
Don’t worry. You are saying it correctly.
Good review actually just bought it for $130 off amazon to travel to Poland with and stuff it with pierogies 40L worth
Got some bad news for me you, I think you have to put pierogies in the checked baggage and I'm not sure this thing fits a full 40L.
Will this for under the seats if not packed full?
No, probably not, it is more than 20 inches long and most underseat storage does not allow more than 18 inches. I recommend a smaller bag for under the seat.
Do you think I can put a full face helmet in it?
Yes definitely
Visca Barca! 🤣
Not a good time to be a Barca fan
If the side handle and the water bottle pocket were inverted I would absolutely get this pack. Given that they aren't, I am passing.
I worked in a bike shop for almost 6 years and you said it right.
Its pronounced "Tooley" so yes, you got it right.
Just like "Yakima" is pronounced like YAK (like the animal) KEE - MAH
In Swedish (Thule is a Sweden brand) it would be pronounced more like Tu+Le with th “u” in “tu” being similar to “ue” in “nue” and “le” similar to french “les” or like “le” in “lego”.
The exact “u”-sound doesn’t exist in english though.
@@ArvidOlson Great response, thanks, but I definitely don't understand that, haha
the way you pronounce thule makes me question my existence
Entirely possible that I'm pronouncing it wrong but I looked up a few pronunciation videos.
