This is how premium works when you buy it on phone specially Apple if you have an account signed in and buy premium there’s a chance it would go to another account connected to your Apple account. If that makes any sense, I bought premium on one of my main accounts, and it went to my cousins account because I bought premium on his account before.

I think you meant convert not insert. You can only convert money into robux if you already have premium, in which his case and mine that option isn't available.
