I’ve just got over 3 days of this with my back/leg right down into my heel. Hurt like hell. I’ll be trying this the next time I get it. Thank you, any relief really does make a huge difference.

I think I have sciatica like symptoms but the pain is mainly down the front and sides of my legs, rather than the back. Do you know if this flossing would still be useful?

What about numbness on the side of the leg?

It’s hard to comment over the internet mate, if you’re worried it’s best you be assessed by your health professional to figure out what it means specifically for you.

I have this issue which has only just recently surfaced Ed if there is neural tension and these stretches don’t ease the pain how can one attack the the nerve pain to make it do away with

Ideally you’re also getting to any spinal restrictions at the origin of where the nerve exits the spine

Hi mate love ya clips i tried this drill and after apon standing there was an ache around my sit bone area , could this indicate a bursa or tendinopathy issue? as i usually only get pain when sitting a dull ache on the left side and only when sitting in certain chairs bucket seats are the worst. thought piriformis , S.I joint dysfunction ect , but this drill arrigivated something near my sit bone so could it be a bursa or tendon issue from the reaction i got from this drill ??

Hey mate! The exercise should influence the sciaitic nerve more than anything. The nerve passes through that butt cheek, sit bone area as well. I can't give any specific advice unfortunately other than to say I often find sciatic-type issues relate back to anywhere from the base of the ribcage down to the top of the pelvic. If you can have someone assess that area or even do so yourself you might find the origin - despite where you feel the symptoms.

@@YourWellnessNerd its hard to find the true culprit as the pain moves around over the last 2 years , from the piriformis area to the side of the hip to the s.i joint area even a real tightness only apon sitting getting an mri done in 2 weeks but i aint gonna hold my breath its gonna give me the magic answer to whats causing this this dull ache apon weighted sitting , especially in cars were i cant flaire my left leg open when seated

What if we’re too flexible for that to matter? I’m a fencer, my knee is in my boob and the extension puts B my shin in my face. Perfectly normal. Does Jack for the tight spot in my butt.

Usually a ball can help find those hard to stretch spots. If someone’s too flexible strength may be more important to help stabilise that range
