Jrue is truly one of the most upstanding athletes in the world, the NBA is lucky to have him. I hope he wins a ring before he retires

@@alexg9487 U need to go rethink your life

He should leave Milwaukee if he wants a ring.
100. He has a real chance this year
You can see the genuine bromance between JJ and Jrue and I love it
Jrue is a superstar 🏀

stop resisting arrest, and you won’t get shot by police

Never heard jrue talk before this but Ive heard other players talk about him. One of the most respected players in the league.
💯 that’s why I’m loving all the podcasts we’ve been able to get to see a lot of player opening up something good out of this virus.
Facts He'sbeen underrated for years. I stay telling my boys that hes gonna be the reason they go over the hump this year ✍🏾
Always respect from anyone who talks about him.
When you have some of the best offensive players like KD, and Dame talking so highly of you, you know you a dog
He’s humble as hell bro
Jrue seems like a genuinely thoughtful and compassionate person. He has my respect.
don’t do drugs, don’t use counterfeit money, and don’t drive when you’re high on fentanyl-GEORGIE IS A 🤡🤡🤡🤡
You respect someone who is blatantly racist?
@@trhansen3244you seem like the racist one to me
Man Jrue is such a cool dude.
I'd say he is a racist.
@@trhansen3244 what makes you say that?
@@trhansen3244 wtf no he's not tf u saying that for
@@b.i4060 Where he uses the word 'black', insert the word 'white' and you would not only call him racist, you would want the NBA to suspend him.
@@trhansen3244 that makes no sense stfu
Jrue is well respected in my book 💯 one of the most underrated guards in the league
i coudnt agree more. top 3 two-way guards in the league if not best. on top of that i have to say that his personality is world class as well. great role model athlete. respect
@@vlassischatzis8574 without a doubt always had respect for him
Jrue over McCollum 🤷♂️
@@xtravagancy7023 that’s not even a valid comparison 2 way different skill sets imagine if he had cjs offense he would be top 5 player in the league
Honestly 1 of the most underrated players rn
Jrue is such an impressive person and he obviously married a gem of a person. These podcasts are great to get a real look at these guys we know just as NBA players.
(TO FILL OTHERS IN, cause I looked it up for y’all, but here’s a C+P of the quick Wiki search)
(Had no idea he married a Soccer player tbh)
Lauren Nicole Holiday is an American former professional soccer player who played as a midfielder and forward for the United States women's national soccer team from 2007 to 2015. She is a two-time Olympic gold medalist and FIFA Women's World Cup champion.
@@igrojikku2212 I didn't know anything about his wife either until I saw some references to her in the comments and looked her up. I saw some stories on her being diagnosed with a benign brain tumor when she was 8 months pregnant. Hope she is OK now.
this dude is cool
Loving Jrue's backdrop with all him and his wife's old jerseys.
I hope Jrue can win a championship with the bucks soon
Edit:That was fast 😂
No need to hope bruh
*Not This Year Buddy.*
shame he played at the same era as Embiid
We not gone win a damn ring when nets are around
Just watch... some dude who thinks he's psychic gonna say they're not, like they know the future or something
you can tell JJ genuinely loves Jrue as a friend
A true bromance
If JJ had any real courage he would call Jrue out on his racism.
TR Hansen huh?
@@trhansen3244 delicious wyte tears🤣
One of the Most underrated players in the nba. ✊🏽
These dudes are easy to root for.💯
Why? He supports businesses but ONLY if they are run by black people. Can you take a moment and let that sink in. Then think about how you would react if a white player announced he would only support white owned businesses. Do you see that both are absolutely racist?
TR Hansen I think it isn’t exactly comparable because the amount of black owned businesses relative to the amount of black people is far lower than their white counterparts. The cyclical nature of poverty and wealth in combination with the historic “late start” you could say that black people have had because they started as slaves puts black people at a disadvantage in business regardless of whether you think prejudice is still present. That is why he can say he is supporting black owned businesses exclusively because he wants to overcome this historical disadvantage.
@@nickj.h.4498 That could be because there are more white people. I have never in my life seen the kind of racism we are told every day exists. I have seen TONS of overt racism directed at white people.
Now he's a champion
this is even better to watch knowing jrue's bucks won the finals months after this --- mindset of a champion 🏆
Shout out to the greatest Pelican! We love and miss you Jrue!
Disrespect to AD
I'm not a Pels fan so I'm not really allowed to determine yalls best player but I would think it's AD or CP3
@@FawwazK yeah they are both better than him. But in terms of attachment he's at the top
@@FawwazK CP3 maybe but AD was a great player to wear a pelicans Jersey but not the greatest pelican, like for my raptors Kyle is the greatest Raptor but Kawhi or Vince probably were the best skill wise
Milwaukee will take care of him, he’s getting the second most love behind Giannis rn lol 😄
I really appreciate how openly Jrue spoke here. Very thoughtful dude.
You need this man in your closing lineup. Clutch and can lock down anyone
Jrue......you and Lauren...wow...the world is fortunate to have you!!! The two of you are just awesome.
The “thanks JJ” at 48:00 was so sincere. Jrue is my guy! I strive to be as kind as him
Man these are some of the most genuine guys in the league. I really hope that JJ and Jrew win a chip before they're done. They are true professionals and solid stand up humans.
Hate to do it to ya
*Jrue
It's in the title man ..
How? Supporting businesses based on skin color? That is genuine, I guess. It's also quite racist.
@@trhansen3244 well how about you donate some money and do what they’re doin!!! Stop complaining and go make a difference!!!
@@isaiah472 I do. I don't donate based on skin color, though.
@@trhansen3244 Well, it might have something to do with supporting black-owned businesses because *gasp* Black people have a history of disenfranchisement, and giving back to the community when you have money to spend helps narrow the wealth gap between black and white people.
This man is about to become a champion
Give this legend his 🌹🌹 while he still here. Jrue is a great baller but even better individual
Facts AD is the best but jrue’s greatest pelican all time. Real pelican fans know
@matisha hopkins So you think it is ok for a black basketball player to help only businesses run by black people? What if Doncic announced he would only help businesses run by white people? Do you guys never think about how unbelievably racist America has become against white people? To the point of segregation?

Good to talk with you JJ and Tommy!
why
That clip of him playing defense his footwork is amazing
I've watched Jrue both during games as well as his interviews and other stuff off the court a lot more this year, such a class act and great guy. Wishing him nothing but the best.
Jrue is soo likeable and easy one of the smoothest talkers out there
Jrue is an absolutely beautiful person. Thank you JJ for this insight.
Jrue is such a humble guy
Best defensive player in the NBA
No cap
Jrue great player and driven on the court. Careers highs in so many categories...but Giannis certainly a factor with some of THOSE numbers! Nice he called out Lopez as well...he stepped this 2nd portion of the year. Great to hear that he seems driven off the court as well and his recognition of the blessings he has in his life.
What a treat! 55 years a Bucks fan, and this is such a delight to get a tiny glimpse into the mind and 'soul' of this genuine young man.
Congrats, USA. Congrats Bucks!! Thank you for all that you appear to be, Jrue!!

Great podcast JJ and the crew.
I love how humble Jrue has been ever since coming in the league, always love how he simply go about his business, no nonsense, no drama just pure, and the story of you and your wife is absolutely inspirational.
I appreciate you brother, likewise JJ and the other brother, sorry I can’t remember your name, but I appreciate y’all the same, thanks for giving the fans a different perspective of the life of an athlete, too often the rest of the world forget you guys are human beings just as the rest of the world, you get to do what you love at the highest level and get paid doing so, and way too many people are hating because they don’t.
Instead of being inspired to go after their dreams and live the life you desires as opposed to criticizing those who do.
Lové you guys.
Thanks loads .

Jrue is such a chill guy
I'm here after his big finals game 5 performance

isn't he just the nicest guy ! role model for young men around the world
A role model? Your idea of a role model is someone who treats people differently based on skin color?
@@trhansen3244 he is kind, he is generous, he is a great father so it seems and a great team player that works hard at his craft, lots there to look up to which is what i referred to, no ones perfect and everyone has floors but he seems far from a racist.

absolutely incredible as always. thanks for giving us this glimpse into NBA life. Really loved hearing you guys talk about Steph, Dame, and the absolutely insane things they can do on the court and how those arent real things that human beings are supposed to be able to do.

I love Jrue Holiday
Love that the Bucks went for this guy. Nice defender, a steady floor general, and a guy who can create his own shot with ease. And of course just a great guy off of the court. Not sayin he wins a chip this year but would love to see it before he retires!
Jrue joined the bucks and he won the ring in the first year. He is everything bucks ever wanted as a player next to Giannis and Khris. He may not score lots of pts but he really sets the tone of the game. He is an impact player.
Three four two prod. been on fire this week. First, was Doris; now its Jrue.
Man I love Jrue Holiday, he’s a great person and a great player. I wish more people are like him regarding to personality.

Honorable? What if a white basketball player, let's pick Larry Bird, came out and said he is going to support only white-owned businesses. Would you call that honorable? Or would you want him burned at the stake?
