His abysmal win rate has to be a result of how complicated he is. He's clearly stupidly strong, so what's going to happen is they're gonna buff him as a panic reaction to the lowest release winrate ever, then in 3 weeks when people have figured him out he'll jump to 60% or something insanely high like that.
I don't think riot is that dumb. they know he's strong. the winrate doesnt say anything about his performance.

because people are stupid. hes broken but only in the hands of someone good. most of you here are degenerates so you will get poor results from playing him. thats the entire point of this champion, hes supposed to be unplayable by most players.
It's the learning curve that is the problem... He's just got released a people don't know what to do with him yet and he's pretty hard to play... Sadly I think most players don't realize that... Give it a couple of days, weeks, months maybe and his win rate will go up!
Edit: It's also about the fact players need the learn how to play against him, in my opinion of course!

You know i fight a lot of hwei and i think there was only 2 people that i fight knew that his dmg is mainy from his passive im not saying all his dmg is from this passive but like if you can't use his passive he lose close to half his dmg when people find out how to get his passive off the most is when that champ will get a nerf

The QW spell is gonna get nerfed hard af, basically is a xerath's W but with almost twice the range, procs faster and deals a sht ton of dmg, plus if you buff the QW spell with the WE it's basically a nuke, and in late game that nuke has 3 sec of cd
nah, maybe they will buff qw, it deals no damage to who is >30% hp and hits more things, it deals increased damage if target is below like 30% hp and is isolated or cced.
it is only slightly faster than xerath W and is way smaller

@@Phashish004 hwei has so many..hweys to make that QW hit the target, he has like 2 slows, a fear and a root, that QW hardly misses and it's spammable 😅
@@whitesage922 he can only use one slow root or fear at a time, the root can be literally walked out of, the fear is a slow projectile, the slow is easy to hit but you dont get the qw extra dmg , if you slow using ult you dont get the extra dmg either, but i get you are one of those league players who dont want new champs and every new champ is always broken even with a fucking sub-30% winrate
